Can you introduce yourselves?
Lady D (Diana Ortiz)

When did you decide you wanted to be in the industry?
Ashley: "Since, I was 6 years old, singing is all i've ever wanted to do."
Diana: " I've been passionate about singing since i was a little girl but never expected what has happened up until now...and i'm grateful for it!"
Melissa: "I've been performing in all aspects since i was in the first grade."
You 3 have been working along side each other for years-first in the teen pop group Dream and now you're back together. Is it good to be back and pursuing music?
Diana: "Yes! it's a wonderful experience because we are family and we love each other."
You're heading in a new musical direction-You're bringing the 40's and 50's big band era back for the younger generation and incorporating your own style to the music-what can people expect from this?
Melissa: "Expect to hear something that is new and fresh and different. Also, all 3 of us will be singing lead in this group."
You're currently working on your upcoming album, how is it coming? Is there a release date?
Ashley: "We are currently working with Teddy Riley and developing our new sound. We are very excited about it and working hard to deliver the best album possible. No release date as of yet."
2009 is around the corner, is there any plans for a tour?
Melissa: "We have a few performance dates as of now in the works. We can't wait to get back out there and meet all of the people who are supporting this new project. Nothing is more special to us than getting to connect with our fans! It's Awesome."
Who are your musical influences?
Ashley: "Michael Buble..,Ella Fitzgerald, and Kim Burrell."
Diana: "Billy Holiday."
Melissa: "Tony Bennet and Nat King Cole."
What is something you'd most like to accomplish in your career?
LP: "We hope to attain longevity and make our mark in the music industry."
Who would you girls really like to work with (whether it's a producer, a song collaboration or a tour)?
Ashley:"Michael Buble.., John Mayer, Timberland."
Diana: "We are so fortunate to work with someone who is as legendary asTeddy Riley!"
Is there anything else you'd like to share with us and the readers?
LP: "We appreciate all the support and interest. Things are moving quickly for us right now, and we can't wait to release our new sound. We hope that people will be able to embrace our new direction. We are living in a time where CHANGE is needed and desired and we hope that this new sound will shake and change the music industry!"
