DETROIT — The Jonas Brothers will perform at a special concert at Joe Louis Arena as part of next month's North American International Auto Show.

A Jan. 18 concert will help raise funds for the auto show's annual Charity Preview.

The auto show is open to the public Jan. 17-25. The Charity Preview is scheduled for Jan. 16 at Cobo Center in downtown Detroit. The event has raised more than US$77 million for children's charities in the Detroit area since 1976.

People buying tickets to the Charity Preview will get one free ticket to the concert. The Jonas Brothers have been nominated for a Grammy in the best new artist category.
